All exchanged items must pass a quality check.
We reserve the right to reject exchanges if:
The product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer
The tags are missing
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we will:
Provide a store credit (valid for 60 days), or
Allow you to choose a different product of equal value
Products purchased during any sale or promotion are not eligible for return or exchange (unless damaged/defective on arrival).
