At Grindwolf, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer returns or monetary refunds, we allow exchanges under specific conditions, and offer store credit in approved cases. Please read the policy below carefully.


Refund & Exchange Policy

At Grindwolf, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer returns or monetary refunds, we allow exchanges only in cases of genuine manufacturing defects. Please read the policy below carefully.


General Terms

  • All sales are final. We do not offer returns.
  • Exchanges are only allowed if the product has a manufacturing defect and must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Exchange Conditions

  • All exchanged items must pass a quality check.

  • We reserve the right to reject exchanges if:

    • The product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer

    • The tags are missing

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we will:

    • Provide a store credit (valid for 60 days), or

    • Allow you to choose a different product of equal value

  • Products purchased during any sale or promotion are not eligible for return or exchange (unless damaged/defective on arrival).


Exchange Process & Fee

  • A flat ₹250 exchange fee applies.
  • This covers one-way logistics, including reverse pickup and reshipping, through third-party courier partners.
  • The exchange process typically takes 7–9 business days after we receive your returned product.

Non-Serviceable Locations

If your pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partner:

  • You’ll need to ship the product back to us using a local courier.
  • In this case, no ₹250 exchange fee will be charged.

Damaged Items

If you have received a damaged product, we apologize for the same. We are more than willing to help you out. Please notify us within 2 days of delivery.
An unboxing video or clear images must be provided as proof.

Upon verification, we will:

  • Arrange a return pickup, and
  • Issue a refund in the form of store credit

Important Note

  • Please double-check your shipping address before confirming the order.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

We strongly recommend checking our size guide or reaching out to us before ordering, as all sales are final and exchanges are strictly limited to manufacturing defects.
