1. Shipping Locations
We ship across India.
International shipping is currently unavailable.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically take 2–6 business days to arrive, depending on your area’s pin code.
Delivery to rural or remote areas may take longer.
You will receive tracking details on your registered email once the order is dispatched.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Free shipping may apply during specific offers or on select products — check the product page or checkout for details.
5. Undelivered Items
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or missed deliveries, it will be returned to us.
Once we receive the product:
Please ensure your address and contact details are correct when placing the order.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
For urgent issues or changes, please contact us immediately — we'll try our best to help before your order is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only in cases of genuine manufacturing defects.
An exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
All returned items will undergo a quality check.
We may decline an exchange if:
The product is used, washed, damaged, or missing tags.
Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we will:
Issue store credit (valid for 60 days), or
Allow a product swap of equal value.
Only one exchange per order is permitted.
Exchange Fee
A flat ₹250 exchange fee applies.
This covers one-way logistics (reverse pickup + reshipment) through our courier partners.
You only pay once — Grindwolf covers the rest.
The exchange process usually takes 7–9 business days after we receive your returned product.
Non-Serviceable Areas
If your area is non-serviceable for return pickup:
You’ll need to send the product back via your local courier.
In such cases, no exchange fee is charged.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
Products bought during sales, discounts, or promotions are not eligible for exchange.
Damaged Products
If you have received a damaged product, we apologize for the inconvenience.
We are more than willing to help you out.
Please notify us within 2 days of delivery.
Kindly share an unboxing video or clear images as proof.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a return pickup and issue store credit as compensation.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
